    We’re a husband-and-wife team. For most shoots, both of us are on-site: one focused on photo, the other on video, so we can cover more angles without interfering with your workflow or event.

  • Do you help with creative direction?

    Yes. We don’t just show up with cameras. We help plan the mood, angles, props, and lighting so your content looks intentional and on-brand

  • Can you shoot in low-light restaurants and bars?

    Absolutely. We specialize in challenging environments like dim cocktail bars or candlelit dining rooms. We bring lighting gear to keep the mood authentic while still sharp and clean.

  • Do you provide vertical video for Instagram/TikTok?

    Yes, most of our packages include vertical social-first edits in addition to standard formats.

  • Do you offer bundle discounts?

    Yes. Many clients combine food + drink + interior + staff portraits. We create bundled packages that save you money compared to booking separately.

  • Do you shoot events?

  • Do you work with agencies?

    Yes, we frequently partner with marketing agencies, PR teams, and restaurant groups to create branded content.

  • Do you offer subscriptions or ongoing content?

    Yes, monthly or quarterly content plans are available for restaurants, bars, and businesses needing consistent social media updates. here

  • Do you have a studio or physical location?

    We handle the photoshoot, and for clients needing a studio setting, we arrange trusted partner studios across San Francisco and the Bay Area. The space is provided by our partners, while all photography and production is done by us. We usually arrange a partner studio near the client’s location to keep travel easy and help save on costs.

  • Is your pricing transparent?

    Always. We provide clear quotes with no hidden fees. Any additional costs, such as travel outside San Francisco or rush delivery, are explained upfront so you know exactly where your money is going.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery?

    For some projects, yes. Same-day or next-day delivery is available for an additional fee.

  • How do we book a shoot?

    “Contact us through the form, email, text, or phone call. If we’re a good fit, we’ll go over your project details — goals, needs, and budget. Once everything is clear, we’ll send a contract and full invoice. Both the signed contract and payment are required at least 48 hours before your shoot.
